We are looking for a Marketing&Growth Executive who has a decent experience and a proven track of record in the B2B SaaS Marketing business. As Marketing&Growth Manager Manager, you will play an instrumental role in fueling Pivony's ambitious growth plans and you will be working closely with the founder, content creator, sales associate and consultants of Pivony.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a rapidly growing company, Pivony is seeking a Marketing&Growth Executive who will work remotely or in our Istanbul office.

Here’s what you will be doing

  • Build a vision for growth
  • Help craft our positioning and brand voice
  • Take the lead in online conversion from acquisition to trial to paid customer.
  • Strategizing and executing growth marketing campaigns via paid, organic, social, and search ads
  • Manage all aspects of SEO / SEM
  • Conduct user research to develop a deep understanding of our customers
  • 360-degree thinking of the content, story-building and applying it to all channels through creative marketing strategies
  • Achieve online revenue target, trial, and online user KPIs while improving onboarding and lifecycle experience through experimentation.
  • Optimize SaaS customer journeys on MailChimp by deciding to the flows and designing email templates
  • Identify key growth opportunities by crunching numbers and analyzing performance
  • Continuously A/B test and deliver new approaches based on the results
  • Deeply understand our users, what makes them keep using our product, what drives churn
  • Collaborate with the creative freelancers to provide insight and help to produce new key creatives

Professional Requirements

  • Experience in B2B SaaS with a solid understanding of the ecosystem and audiences we build products for
  • Experience at a fast growing-startup is a strong plus.
  • Good understanding of Data Analytics software market is important.
  • Having a highly energetic personality – a motivator.
  • Having a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years experience in B2B SaaS marketing
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills

Personal Specification/Skills

  • Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and negotiation skills
  • Being a self-starter - ability to execute and implement change.
  • Having a highly energetic personality – a motivator.
  • Ability to aggressively prioritize the few things that have the biggest impact and deliver fast the business-focused output of excellent quality
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
