About the job

We are a growth-stage start-up looking to expand with the addition of a new B2B SaaS Sales Executive. We are looking for candidates who have a decent experience and a proven track record in building relationships with marketing-background business professionals. You will play an instrumental role in fueling Pivony's ambitious growth plans and you will be working closely with the co-founder and CEO of Pivony.


As a rapidly growing company, Pivony is seeking a Sales Executive who will work remotely or in our Istanbul office.

Here’s what you will be doing

  • Prospect new clients and generate leads
  • Build long-lasting relations with potential clients
  • Follow the competitive dynamics of the market by conducting continuous market research.
  • Visit clients' offices and join events
  • Educate prospects through calls, webinars, online events, demos, and customized presentations at all stages of the sales process
  • Show potential customers the benefits Pivony can provide such as user retention, additional revenue opportunities, reducing CAC, and so on, by understanding potential customer needs

Professional Requirements

  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
  • Preferably have an MBA
  • Having at least 2 years of B2B direct-sales experience is a plus
  • Sold cloud-based marketing products or similar services before

Personal Specification/Skills

  • Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and negotiation skills
  • Being a self-starter ability to execute and implement change.
  • Being a consultative seller, knowing how to break a complex organization into decision-makers, and sell to each individual’s unique pain
  • Always moving forward to build, refine, and grow.

We’ll review your application along with the others, and pick the top profiles for a screening call. If you have been selected as a short-listed candidate, we will contact you for a short interview to get to know you better. If you don’t get a call, please don’t be disappointed! The process will be finalized with a final interview. This usually takes 2 weeks in average.
