We’re delighted to announce that Erkut Baloğlu, Chief Customer Officer at Karaca Group, has joined our Advisory Board at Pivony.
Erkut brings a substantial wealth of experience in customer experience, global expansion, analytics, and digital business design. He played a key role in the transformation of banks from traditional to customer-centric digital business models. He led the customer experience teams of Akbank and Yapı Kredi throughout his career. His support and mentorship will add tremendous value to Pivony as we embark on the journey of transforming the way of Customer Understanding for our clients.
Erkut completed his BSc (Industrial Engineering) and MS (Financial Engineering) degrees from Boğaziçi University. He also holds a PhD from İstanbul Ticaret University.
